Trio Of The Goddesses Zelda arrangement available on vinyl from Mana Wave

Mana Wave are taking orders for the The Legend Of Zelda series piano and strings arrangement album Trio Of The Goddesses on vinyl.

The release is a single 180g LP available in four vinyl color variants – a “emerald” green swirl variant, a “ruby” red swirl variant, a “sapphire” blue swirl variant, and a gold “nugget” variant.
It is housed in a metallic foil jacket with spot gloss finish with new artwork by Felix Abel Klaer.

It is priced at $30 and is in-stock and ready to ship. It can be ordered via Mana Wave here.

CA folks can also preorder from Very Ok Vinyl here, and EU folks will be able to preorder from Black Screen Records at a later time.

Bit Brigade’s NES Batman cover album now up for vinyl order

Hello Sir Records are now taking orders for Bit Brigade’s rock arrangement album of music from NES games Batman: The Video Game and Batman: Return Of The Joker.

The release is a single LP available in two color variants – a hand-poured green and purple swirl colored vinyl variant, and a black vinyl variant. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with the album title.

It is priced at $30 for the colored and $25 for the black variant. It is in stock and ready to ship. It can be ordered from Hello Sir Records here.

Mondo ready with preorders for Silent Hill 3 and 4 vinyl soundtracks

Mondo have just launched preorders for their long-awaited vinyl releases for the soundtracks to Silent Hill 3 and Silent Hill 4: The Room.

Both releases will be 180g 2LPs available in a colored and a black vinyl variant. Both will feature new artwork by Ashley Swidowski and Nephemolancer.

Silent Hill 3 will be available on clear with black blobs + red translucent with black blobs colored vinyl and will also include liner notes by Alexander Aniel.

Silent Hill 4 will be available on black-in-clear with blue splatter + white and grey tricolor colored vinyl.

They are priced at $35 each and are scheduled to release in October, 2021.

New free indie game vinyl compilation up for preorder via Black Screen Records

Last year Black Screen Records released a indie game music compilation series titled Sounds Of Summer and now they’re ready with the 2021 entry in this series.

It features music from the following 14 different indie games – Kraken Academy, We Are OFK, Battle Bands, Jitsu Squad, Lunistice, Guinea Pig Parkour, Venba, Holomento, Chained Echoes, Born Of Bread, Knuckle Sandwich, Ruffy And The Riverside, Dome-King Cabbage, and Raptor Boyfriend: A High School Romance.

The release will be a single LP on 180g black vinyl. It comes in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Elora Pautrat and layout by Dane Baudoin. It also includes an insert with track credits.

It is free (outside of shipping costs) and is scheduled to release in mid/late September, 2021. It can be preordered from Black Screen Records here.

Double Kick Heroes vinyl soundtrack up for preorder via G4F Records

G4F Records have just opened up preorders for the soundtrack to the self-proclaimed “rhythm metal shooter” Double Kick Heroes on vinyl.

The release will be a 3LP on red with black and yellow splatter vinyl. It will be housed in a triple gatefold jacket with new artwork by Guillaume Breton.

It is priced at €55 and is scheduled to release in June/July, 2021. It can be preordered from G4F Records here.

Brave Wave’s Shovel Knight: King Of Cards 3LP now up for preorder

Back in 2016 Brave Wave announced that they would release the soundtrack to Shovel Knight and all its upcoming expansions. Now more than 4 years later they are readying their final Shovel Knight release – the soundtrack to Shovel Knight: King Of Cards.

And it’s not just the King Of Cards, but it will also feature the music from Shovel Knight: Showdown as well as a selection of tracks from the original Shovel Knight, that was not included on the first vinyl release.

The release will be a 3LP with one record on gold, one on red and one on white colored vinyl. It appears to be housed in a gatefold jacket that will feature new artwork by Hitoshi Ariga with coloring by Ayano Koshiro. It will include a booklet with artwork and liner notes as well as a download card.
As always there will also be a signed version available, which will come with an A4 poster signed by artists Hitoshi Ariga.

They are also releasing a Shovel Knight Treasure Trove box set, which includes all four Shovel Knight vinyl albums together in a box. If you already have the previous albums you can buy the box set separately as well.

The 3LP is priced at $50/€60 ($60/€60 for the signed version) and the box set is priced at €165. They are all scheduled to release in March, 2021.

Rez Infinite Area X soundtrack preorders up via iam8bit

Earlier this week iam8bit announced that they would be releasing all the tracks from Rez Infinite’s Area X on vinyl as part of their Black Friday line-up and now preorders are live.

The release will be a single LP on orange colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket die-cut jacket with an inner sleeve. The release will feature design and artwork by Cory Schmitz.

It is priced at $30 and is scheduled to release in Q2 2021. It can be preordered from iam8bit here.

Preorders for Brave Wave’s Samurai Shodown up soon

Preorders for Brave Wave’s next entry in their Generation Series – the soundtrack to the Neo Geo and Neo Geo CD versions of Samurai Shodown – are about to go live.

The release will be a 3LP on black, white and red vinyl. It will be housed in a two-piece box set and will also come with a booklet with interviews and liner notes. A download card will also be included.

300 copies will also be available with an art print signed by series creator Yasushi Adachi and composer Norio Tate.

The regular edition is priced at $50, while the signed is priced at $60. It is scheduled to ship in 1-3 months.

The regular edition will be available from Fangamer and BigWax at a later time as well.

Laced Records have opened preorders for the Bloodborne vinyl soundtrack

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing the soundtrack to Bloodborne on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP available on either limited edition dark green vinyl or classic black vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art. It also includes a double-sided 12″ poster.

It is priced at £33/$35 and is scheduled to release in late September/early October, 2019. It can be preordered from Laced’s EU store here and their US store here.

Data Discs to release a 4LP box set with the Ōkami soundtrack

Data Discs announced a partnership with Capcom a few months ago and today they announced their first title – the newly remastered Ōkami soundtrack.

The release will be a 4LP box set in three different 180g color variants – a limited edition clear with pink and white splatter, a frosted clear translucent, and a classic black vinyl. The box set will include a 40-page artbook and a double-sided lithograph with illustrations from Capcom’s archives. It will also includes a download card for a digital copy of the soundtrack.

The limited edition for this is an open preorder and will be available from now and until August 15, 2018 at 10pm UK time.

It is priced at £65 and is scheduled to release in October, 2018. It is available to preorder now via Data Discs store.
