New Final Fantasy metal arrangement by Knight Of The Round up for vinyl preorder

Final Fantasy thrash metal band Knight Of The Round have opened up vinyl preorders for their new album Refractions. It features heavy takes on music from Final Fantasy II, VI, VII, VIII, IX, XIV, XV and Crisis Core.

The release will be a single LP on “coke bottle” green translucent colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork. It will be limited to 250 copies.

It is priced at $25 and is scheduled to release around April 25, 2025. It can be preordered via Knight Of The Round’s Bandcamp here.

Garage: Bad Dream Adventure vinyl soundtrack to be released from Stumpy Frog Records

Stumpy Frog Records are releasing the soundtrack to the surreal 1999 point-and-click adventure game Garage: Bad Dream Adventure on vinyl.

The release is a single LP available in two color variants – a purple “waste” and black swirl colored variant (300 copies), and a “milky fuel” clear colored variant (200 copies).
It is housed in a die-cut single-pocket jacket with a printed inner sleeve all with artwork by Tomomi Sakuba. It also comes with a felt slipmat. Each jacket is individually hand-numbered out of 500 copies.

It is priced at $40/£40 and is scheduled to release in April, 2025. The purple variant can be preordered via Lost In Cult here and a few copies of the milky clear variant can be ordered via Stumpy Frog here (which will otherwise be exclusive to Disk Union in Japan).

Star Trucker vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records are now taking preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to space transportation simulator Star Trucker.

The release will be a 2LP available in two vinyl color variants – a limited edition orange and white splatter and blue and light blue splatter colored variant, and a standard edition on black vinyl.
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with artwork by Hanja Grgicevic and the Art Monster.

It is priced at £36 and it is scheduled to release in August, 2025. It can be preordered via Laced Records here.

The Sims series 25th anniversary vinyl release now up for preorder via Enjoy The Ride

Laced Records to release the Neva soundtrack on vinyl

Laced Records and Devolver Digital are releasing the soundtrack to stylish puzzle platformer Neva on vinyl and preorders are live now.

The release will be a 4LP on pink and light blue swirl colored vinyl. It will be housed in a slipcase box set with artwork by Conrad Roset.

It is priced at £77 and is scheduled to release in June, 2025. It can be preordered via Digital Devolver’s merch store here.

Far Cry series vinyl compilation now up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records are now taking preorders for a vinyl compilation of music from several titles in the Far Cry series in celebration of the series’ 20th anniversary. It features music from Far Cry 2-6, Blood Dragon, Primal and New Dawn.

The release will be a 3LP available in two vinyl color variants – a limited edition on dark blue and orange swirl, pink and green swirl, and light blue and red swirl colored vinyl, and a standard edition on black vinyl.
It will be housed in a wide-spined single-pocket jacket with printed inners all with new artwork.

Laced Records are now taking preorders for a Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time trilogy vinyl collection featuring music from The Sands Of Time, Warrior Within and The Two Thrones.

The release will be a 3LP available in two variants – a limited edition black and blue swirl, black and white swirl, and brown and orange swirl colored vinyl, as well as a standard edition on black vinyl.
It will be housed in a wide-spined single-pocket jacket with printed sleeves all featuring game art.

Halo trilogy vinyl box set collection now available to preorder from Laced Records

Laced Records are releasing a collection of music from the first three games in popular shooter series Halo on vinyl. It is both available in a box set and as individual releases.

The release will be an 8 LP set available in two color variants – a limited edition green and black “galaxy” swirl, orange and black “galaxy” swirl, and blue and black “galaxy” swirl colored vinyl variant, and a standard edition black vinyl variant.
They will be housed in printed wide-spined jackets within a silver laminate board box all with sleeve artwork by Isaac Hannaford.

The standalone releases will be a 2LP and two 3LPs for Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, and Halo 3 respectively. The vinyl colors available and jackets will be identical to those within the box set.

The box is priced at £140, Halo: Combat Evolved at £36 and Halo 2+3 at £50 each and all are set to release in April, 2025. They can be preordered from Laced Records here.

Figment 2: Creed Valley vinyl soundtrack now available

Developer Bedtime Digital are releasing the soundtrack to their puzzle action-adventure game Figment 2: Creed Valley on vinyl.

The release is a 2LP available in two color variants – a white with black, yellow and red splatter colored vinyl variant (limited to 100 copies), and a red and yellow marble colored vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves all featuring game art.

Complete 1986-2010 Castlevania soundtracks up for preorder in massive vinyl box set via Materia Collective

Materia Collective are now taking preorders the biggest ever video game music release on vinyl as all Castlevania soundtracks between 1986 to 2010 gets its own massive box set.
