Cartridge Thunder announced it a few days ago and now they are ready with preorders for the soundtrack to the comic-themed beat ’em up Comix Zone on vinyl.

The album will include the original game soundtrack as well as the Sega Tunes arrangements.

The release will be a 2LP with one record on white with black splatter and the other on red and yellow swirl colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with before-and-after level artwork as well as original game illustration by Tony De Zuniga.
It also includes a 6-page booklet featuring interviews with the game’s composer and creators.

It is priced at $40 and is scheduled to release in January, 2021. It can be preordered from Cartridge Thunder here.
