The Kickstarter campaign for the game Sea Of Stars included a vinyl soundtrack reward as part of the $160 CAD “A hero to be remembered” backer tier. The vinyl release is handled by iam8bit. On January 18, 2024 a standard commercial release was also announced.

The release is a 2LP. It is housed in an embossed gatefold jacket with artwork by Bryce Kho.

This is the retail variant on “lunar” light blue translucent and “solar” orange translucent colored vinyl. Preorders opened on January 18, 2024 and it released in late August, 2024.

This is the Kickstarter backer variant on blue “lunar” marble and orange “solar” marble colored vinyl. It is limited to 3000 copies. Backer variants were initially scheduled to ship out in March, 2022, but with the game’s delay from its original estimate it didn’t ship until late August, 2024.
