The release is a single 180g picture disc LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art. It includes a booklet with lyrics and artwork.

iam8bit have released the soundtrack to Lies Of P on vinyl.
The release is a 3LP with two records on black and one on gold translucent colored vinyl. It is housed in a triple gatefold jacket with new artwork by Dan Zollinger. It includes an insert with additional art and the tracklist.
Preorders opened on September 20, 2024 and it released in March, 2025.
