As of writing this it has only been released in Japan and Europe.

A selection of tracks from Nobuo Uematsu’s soundtrack have been released by Square Enix on a 2LP picture disc.
This is the first press from 2013. Officially limited to 1200 numbered copies, but numbers above 1200 have been confirmed. It’s speculated that the real number is around 1500.
It was only released in Japan and Europe.
Final Symphony
A selection of tracks from London Symphony Orchestra’s Final Symphony concerts have been released as a promotional LP. It was released by Merregnon Studios in 2015.
Final Fantasy II Game Music Sonosheet
A 7″ flexi-disc from Family Computer Magazine no. 22 was released with 7 of Nobuo Uematsu’s tracks from Final Fantasy II.
Final Fantasy Orchestral Album
A box set featuring a blu ray and an LP featuring orchestral versions of a variety of tracks from the Final Fantasy series have been released.

Final Fantasy Vinyls
A 5LP box set with selected original tracks from Final Fantasy I-X. The tracks were all remastered specifically for vinyl by Nobuo Uematsu.
The LPs are titled Green, Orange, Red, Purple, and Black, but all the LPs in this set are on black vinyl.
Cruise Chaser Blassty
A flexi-disc 7″ was released with arranged versions of Nobuo Uematsu and Takashi Uno’s music for this title. It was released by Square in 1986.
