Hospital Records have released music from their artists, which is featured in Forza Horizon 5, on vinyl.

The release is a black vinyl 3LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with printed inner sleeves with new artwork by Ricky Trickartt.

Preorders opened on November 9, 2021 and it released on November 26, 2021.
