Brave Wave have released the soundtrack to The King Of Fighters ’98 on vinyl.
The release is a 2LP. It comes in a gatefold jacket with game art. It includes a booklet with liner notes, interviews and credits as well as a download card.
Preorders opened on May 22, 2020 and it was scheduled to release in September, 2020, but was delayed and released mid-October, 2020.
This is the standard edition on black vinyl.
Brave Wave have announced that they will be releasing the soundtracks to all The King Of Fighters games between ’94-2003 on vinyl throughout late 2020 to late 2022.
The release is a 2LP with one record on white and the other on pink colored vinyl. It is housed in a jacket with game art. It also includes a booklet with liner notes, and a digital download card.
300 copies that included an A4 print signed by artist Eisuke Ogura were also made available.

This is the limited edition on gold and silver colored vinyl. It is limited to 500 copies and includes an A4 art print signed by main composer Hideki “sha-V” Asanaka.

A limited edition of 300 copies that includes an art print signed by series creator Yasushi Adachi and composer Tate Norio was also made available.
