Ookami Koubou have released the soundtrack to Kusarihime: Euthanasia on vinyl.
The release is a 2LP on black vinyl. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with artwork by Tetsuya Nakamura.
Preorders opened on September 30, 2025 and it released around January 7, 2026.
