On October 3, 2017 Data Discs announced that they would be releasing Takushi Hiyamata’s soundtrack to the game Metal Slug on vinyl.

It is a single 180g LP housed in a gatefold jacket. It includes a double-sided lithographic insert, an OBI and a download code.

Preorders opened on October 7, 2017. It was scheduled to release in late November 2017, but due to a manufacturing error at the pressing plant it was delayed and started shipping in mid-December, 2017.

This is the yellow opaque variant.
