iam8bit have reissued the soundtrack to Oxenfree on vinyl in a different packaging compared to their original 2016 release. It was first announced in June, 2021 under the title “Project 8149”, but was revealed to be an Oxenfree reissue in September, 2022.

The release is a 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by J.WAV.

Preorders opened in June, 2021, but it was delayed multiple times before finally shipping in September, 2023.

This is the standard variant on orange translucent colored vinyl, which was sold after Project 8149 was revealed to be Oxenfree.

It started shipping mid-December 2016 after being delayed for some time.

This is a mispressed version on black vinyl that went out to a few who bought it. The pressing error had happened to a few copies at the pressing plant. It is otherwise identical to the colored vinyl version.
