The release is a 150g 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art and comes with an insert with artwork and liner notes by Yu Suzuki.
Preorders opened on November, 2021 and it was initially scheduled to release in April, 2021. However, it was delayed and eventually shipped in September, 2021.

Brave Wave have released the soundtrack to Shenmue III on vinyl.
This is the complete soundtrack box set, which includes 11 LPs on orange translucent, red translucent, green translucent, blue translucent, pink translucent, brown opaque, yellow opaque, blue opaque, white opaque, green opaque, and red opaque colored vinyl.
They are housed in individual jackets within a flip-top box set. The set also includes a booklet with liner notes, artwork and credits, as well as a download card.
Copies signed by game director Yu Suzuki were also made available.
