Rare 40th Anniversary Collection

iam8bit have released a collection of music from various Rare games on vinyl in celebration of the studio’s 40th anniversary.

The release is a 4LP on orange marble, blue marble, red marble and purple marble “Shades of Rareware” colored vinyl.
It is housed in an open-lid box set with printed jackets all with artwork by Lewy Jones. It also comes with a Rare logo zoetrope felt slipmat.

Orders opened on August 7, 2025 and it began shipping out shortly after.

Snake Rattle N Roll Original Soundtrack

Fangamer have released the soundtracks to both the SNES and Mega Drive/Genesis version of Snake Rattle ‘N’ Roll on vinyl.

The release is a single LP on clear with red and blue splatter colored vinyl. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Aimee Cairns.

Preorders opened on August 4, 2020 and it began shipping shortly after.
