In an October, 2020 newsletter Spacelab9 announced that they would be releasing the arcade soundtrack to Splatterhouse on vinyl. On March 7, 2023 it was formally announced.
The release will be a single LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Shagrat and includes an insert with liner notes by Rob Strangman and flyer artwork.
Preorders opened on March 9, 2023 and it released in August, 2023.
