The release is a 7″ on neon yellow vinyl and is housed in a clear plastic sleeve with just the title of the game on it.
Preorders opened on May 17, 2018 and it shipped out later the same month.

The release features arranged music from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Chrono Trigger, Earthbound and Undertale.
