For their 10th anniversary the visual novel game company August released a 3CD set with a selection of music from their different games. The limited edition of this set included a vinyl record with 6 tracks.
It is a single black vinyl LP.

The vocal tracks from the visual novel Custom Order Maid3D2 have been released on vinyl.
The release is a 12″ with one side cut at 45RPM and the other at 33RPM. It comes in a regular jacket with game art.
It was initially released at the Denkigai Matsuri 2018 Summer event on August 9, 2018, and later made available online.
