AWR Records have releasing the soundtrack to the orchestral Final Fantasy arrangement album Distant Worlds IV on vinyl.
It is a 2LP on clear vinyl. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with photos from the recording sessions alongside performer credits.
Orders opened on June 18, 2020 and it began shipping out shortly after.
Borealys Games did a Kickstarter for their game Mages Of Mystralia which included a double vinyl option with its $100 CAD Golden Treasure Chest add-on.
The soundtrack has been orchestrated by Shota Nakama and performed by the Video Game Orchestra.
The Kickstarter launched on March 16, 2017 and will end on April 15, 2017. The campaign was succesfully funded and rewards were expected to begin shipping in June 2017, but appears to have been delayed.

On November 1, 2017 Borealys released an update for backers stating that rewards would be delayed until early 2018. In late January 2019 they posted a message to backers saying that most physical rewards will begin shipping in early February, 2019. This included vinyl rewards which began shipping out during February 2019.
