Gimmick! Original Video Game Soundtrack

A Sunsoft video announcement confirmed that Ship To Shore PhonoCo. would be releasing the soundtrack to Gimmick! on vinyl. The release was formally announced on September 19, 2022.

The release is a single LP. It is housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Mushbuh and includes an insert with liner notes by Anthony John Agnello and an interview with composer Masashi Kageyama.

Preorders opened on September 20, 2022 and it released in March, 2023.

This is the Ship To Shore-exclusive variant on “Yumetaro” yellow and green swirl colored vinyl.

Double Dragon I & II (Original NES Soundtrack)

Channel 3 Records have released the soundtracks to the NES versions of Double Dragon and Double Dragon II: The Revenge on vinyl.

The release is a single 180g LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket housed inside a gold-foil slipcover. It also includes a headband with the color matching the vinyl color variants.

Preorders opened on November 29, 2021 and it was scheduled to release in Q1 2022, but was delayed and released in mid-August, 2022.

This is the variant on “Jimmy” red swirl with red splatter colored vinyl. It is limited to 450 copies.

Laced Records have released the soundtracks to Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 3 together on vinyl.

The release is a 180g 2LP. It is housed in a wide single-pocket jacket with artwork by Ultimatemaverickx.

Preorders opened on December 16, 2021 and it was scheduled to release in August, 2022, but released early in July, 2022.

This is the black vinyl variant.

Modulation – Final Fantasy Arrangement Album

Square Enix have released the arrangement album “Modulation – Final Fantasy Arrangement Album” on vinyl.

The release is a single LP. It is housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork and liner notes by Nobuo Uematsu.

Preorders opened on June 2, 2022 and it released on November 9, 2022.

Final Fantasy Series 35th Anniversary Orchestral Compilation Vinyl

Square Enix have released an orchestral compilation in celebration of the Final Fantasy series’ 35th anniversary. Each track is representing one of the games in the main series.

The release is a 2LP on black vinyl. It is housed in a triple gatefold jacket with artwork by Yoshitaka Amano.

Preorders opened on May 26, 2022 and it released on August 31, 2022.

DuckTales

Hello Sir Records have released Bit Brigade’s rock cover album of the DuckTales soundtrack on vinyl.

The release is a single 45RPM LP on random colored vinyl (although most early copies were on yellow translucent colored vinyl). It comes in a regular single-pocket jacket with the game’s logo.

Orders opened on May 7, 2022 and it began shipping out shortly after.

Bomberman / Bomberman II (Original Game Soundtrack)

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. have released the NES soundtracks to Bomberman and Bomberman II together on vinyl.

The release is a single 45RPM LP on black vinyl. Side A features the Bomberman soundtrack in the outer grooves, while the inner grooves will feature a zoetrope etching.
It is housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Maddie Copp.

Preorders opened on April 12, 2022 and it released in early July, 2022.

GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon Original Soundtrack

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. have released the soundtrack to GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon as well as the 1987 Famicom soundtrack for Getsu Fūma Den together on vinyl.

The release is a 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art and includes an insert with art from the original Getsu Fūma Den box art.

Preorders opened on February 15, 2022 and it was scheduled to release in Q3 2022, but was  delayed and started shipping in early October, 2022.

This is the Ship To Shore-exclusive variant on “Blood Moon” red translucent with black swirl colored vinyl.
