In Mondo’s Art of Soundtrack MondoCon panel stream on July 25, 2020 it was confirmed that Mondo will release the soundtrack to Silent Hill 3. On August 16, 2021 the release was formally announced.

The release will be a 180g 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Ashley Swidowski and Nephelomancer. It also includes an insert with liner notes by Alexander Aniel.

Preorders opened on August 18, 2021 and it began shipping out in early November, 2021.

This is the Data Discs-exclusive variant on red-in-clear with black splatter and black-in-clear with red splatter colored vinyl. It is limited to 500 copies.
