Black Screen Records have released the soundtrack to The Alters on vinyl.
The release is a single LP. It is housed in an embossed single-pocket jacket with a small side cut-out and a printed inner sleeve all featuring game art.
Preorders opened on August 7, 2025 and it was scheduled to release in December, 2025, but released early in November, 2026.
This is the Black Screen Records-exclusive variant on clear with red, green and purple splatter colored vinyl.
