In a newsletter Black Screen Records announced that they would be releasing the soundtrack to the game The Medium on vinyl. On August 6, 2021 the release was formally announced.
The release is a 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art. It also includes a digital download card.
Preorders opened on August 6, 2021 and it released in late October, 2021.
This is the limited edition on 140g orange translucent with black swirl and clear translucent with black swirl colored vinyl.
