Composer Mike Morasky confirmed that a vinyl release for the soundtrack to Half-Life: Alyx was planned once the soundtrack was complete. This release with a curated selection of tracks from the soundtrack was formally announced by Ipecac Recordings on January 26, 2026.
The release is a 2LP. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art. It also includes a 24″x48″ poster and a download card.
Preorders opened on January 27, 2026 and it released around April 24, 2026.
