Black Screen Records and composer Jon Everist confirmed it a while back now, but today preorders finally opened for the vinyl release of the BattleTech soundtrack.
The release will be a 180g 2LP on white and black “ink spot” swirl colored vinyl. It will come in a gatefold jacket with original artwork by Joel DuQue, who is the concept artist for the game’s developer, Harebrained Schemes. It will also include a digital download of the full soundtrack along with a download for the Urban Warfare Expansion soundtrack.
It is priced at €34 and is scheduled to release in early August, 2019. It can be preordered from Black Screen Records here.
A small number of signed copies can also be preordered directly from Jon Everist’s Bandcamp for $55 here.
