New DJMax compilation available to order on vinyl

Neowiz and DJMax Entertainment are releasing a selection of music featuring artists frequently featured in the DJMax rhythm game on vinyl under the title “DJMax Original Compilation Album Volume 2 – District 64514”.

The release will be a 2LP on blue colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art and will be limited to 645 individually numbered copies.

It is priced at 70,000 won and appears to be in stock and ready to ship. It can be ordered from the official DJMax store here and should also be available from select Korean record stores. Please note that a Korean address or a proxy service is required to order.

UPDATE Sep. 12, 2025: It has been pointed out to me that this is largely an original concept album featuring artists that has appeared in the games, but not necessarily game music in itself. Some tracks on this release has since featured as DLC in the game.

Takeo Endboss – a Tetris yodel cover – is now available on 7″ vinyl via Black Screen Records

Black Screen Records released Takeo Ischi’s yodel cover of the Tetris theme titled “Takeo Endboss” on vinyl at their booth at this year’s Gamescom and now copies are also available online.

The release is a 7″ on red translucent colored vinyl. It is housed in a 7″ jacket with new artwork by Sven Vössing.

As of this post going up signed copies of the release are also available.

Lost In Cult Records are ready with preorders for the Arco vinyl soundtrack

Lost In Cult Records are releasing the vinyl soundtrack to Mesoamerican pixel RPG Arco and preorders are up now.

The release will be a 2LP on “cactus” green translucent colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Franek Nowotniak.

Fangamer have just opened up orders for the vinyl soundtrack to cozy cat exploration game Little Kitty, Big City.

The release is a single LP on “sky” blue marble colored vinyl. It is housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Shan Horan and comes with an obi strip.

Virtua Fighter 3tb vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder via Cartridge Thunder

Cartridge Thunder are now taking preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to the third entry in the Virtua Fighter fighting game series – Virtua Fighter 3tb.

The release will be a 2LP available in two vinyl color variants – a “Dural iridiscent” blue colored vinyl variant (Cartridge Thunder exclusive), and an orange and clear colored vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a jacket with game art and will include an insert with liner notes by composer Mitsuyoshi Takenobu.

It is priced at $36 and is scheduled to release in November, 2025. It can be preordered via Cartridge Thunder here.

Deltarune piano arrangement album up for vinyl preorder from Materia Collective

Materia Collective have just opened up vinyl preorders for a new piano arrangement album of music from the two first chapters of Deltarune.

The release will be a 2LP available in three vinyl color variants – a “Dark World” blue and red swirl with light blue splatter colored variant (Materia Collective exclusive), a “Light World” unspecified colored variant (Fangamer exclusive), and a standard black vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a tip-on gatefold jacket with new artwork and will also come with an art booklet with new illustrations by Nise.

Curaga Records are releasing a second volume of lofi arrangements of music from Undertale on vinyl. The first volume came out last year – also via Curaga.

The release will be a single LP on 180g black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by ArtByGalen and Save Point.

The High On Life 2 vinyl soundtrack can now be preordered from Limited Run Games

The soundtrack to upcoming sci-fi first person-shooter High On Life 2 is now up for open preorder at Limited Run Games.

The release will be a single LP on green colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with game art.

Laced Records have just opened up preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to open world survival game Dune: Awakening.

The release will be a 2LP available in two color variants – a purple and green swirl + brown and yellow swirl colored vinyl variant (Laced exclusive), and a black vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a wide-spined single-pocket jacket with new artwork from developer Funcom.
