Laced Records have just announced that they will be releasing Yoann Laulan’s soundtrack to Dead Cells on vinyl.
The release will be a 2LP with one record on orange translucent vinyl and the other on violet translucent vinyl. It will come in a gatefold jacket.
It is priced at €33 and is scheduled to release in September 2018. It can be preordered from Laced Records’ store here.
Late yesterday Limited Run Games announced that they will be selling vinyl soundtracks for the two Mike Bithell games Volume and Thomas Was Alone. Both are composed by David Housden.
Volume will be a single black 180g LP housed in a single pocket jacket with game art. The vinyl release for this is handled by Laced Records.
Thomas Was Alone will be a single blue translucent 180g LP housed in a single pocket jacket with layout handled by Dane Baudoin. The vinyl release for this is handled by Black Screen Records. It is identical to the vinyl release from last year except for the record being on blue instead of red or black.
Both titles are limited to 500 copies (although some sources have said that Volume is actually 800 copies). They will both go on sale on May 4, 2018 at 10AM EST.
Volume will be priced at $30 and will be available from Limited Run Games here.

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing the soundtrack to DOOM (2016) on vinyl.
They are releasing the soundtrack in several different formats.
There’s a special edition 4LP+2CD box set that includes the full soundtrack on red vinyl as well as CD and includes a DOOM slipmat. It is a timed preorder so you have to order before May 2, 2018 to be sure to get a copy.
Then they have a 4LP box set with the full soundtrack on black vinyl, and a 2LP selection on red vinyl. Well, and a 2CD release for those who fancy that.
The special edition box is €90, the black vinyl 4LP is €70, and the 2LP is €33, and they are scheduled to ship out in July, 2018. All variants can be preordered from Laced Records here now.

Laced Records announced today that they will be releasing Damjan Mravunac’s soundtrack to the game The Talos Principle on vinyl.
The release is a 2LP on 180g black vinyl. It is housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Tom J. Manning.
As a little bonus 10 people who order the record will get a copy signed by the composer Damjan Mravunac. The 10 copies will be sent out at random.

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing Austin Wintory’s soundtrack to the game Absolver on vinyl.
The release will be a 2LP on red vinyl. The records are housed in a gatefold jacket featuring new artwork by El Huervo aka. Niklas Akerblad.
The release is priced at €33 and is scheduled to release in Q4 2017.

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing Toytree’s soundtrack to upcoming first-person shooter STRAFE on vinyl.
The release will be a 180g 2LP in two different versions. The special edition will come on black vinyl in a special floppy disc-inspired cover. The special edition is limited to 300 copies. The standard edition will come on orange and red colored vinyl with a different cover (see below). Artwork is done by Pixel Titans and Joey Rex.
In addition to the two variants, it is also possible to preorder the releases both with and without a preorder code for the game.
The release is scheduled to come out in Q3, 2017, and it can be preordred now via Laced Records’ webstore.
Today Laced Records announced that they will be releasing the soundtrack to the upcoming platformer Yooka-Laylee to vinyl. The soundtrack is composed by Grant Kirkhope, David Wise, and Steve Burke.
The soundtrack will be released as a 180g 2LP with one record on green and the other on purple vinyl. It will feature original art from Playtonic Games and includes the digital soundtrack as well.
The game itself is out on April 10, 2017, but the soundtrack will be out a few days before on April 7. You can preorder it now via Laced Records’ store (and you can listen to some of the tracks there as well).
Laced Records teased some upcoming releases a few days ago and today they had quite the announcement – they will be releasing the London Symphony Orchestra’s Final Symphony AND Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra’s Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo on vinyl.
The albums are made in collaboration with Square Enix and all music on both titles are from Square Enix games. Final Symphony contains music from Final Fantasy VI, VII, and X while Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo contains music from Kingdom Hearts, Secret of Mana, Chrono Cross, and Chrono Trigger.
Both albums will be released on 3LP black vinyl in a triple gatefold cover. Final Symphony will have new artwork done by Tom Baxter and Caspar Newbolt, while Symphonic Fantasies Tokyo will have new artwork by Johnni Di-Doi and Petherton Press.
Both albums are up for preorder now and are expected to ship in December. Posters and CDs are also available from Laced Records.
