Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 vinyl soundtrack available to order now

A few days ago Enjoy The Ride Records announced that they will be releasing the arcade soundtracks to the games Mortal Kombat 1 & 2 on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP housed in gatefold jacket with an iconic “Fatality” scene from the games. It will be available in three different variants from Enjoy The Ride – a “Reptile” green limited to 200 copies, a “Sub-Zero” blue limited to 400 copies, and a “Scorpion” yellow limited to 400 copies. Additionally, ThinkGeek will have an exclusive picture disc variant that is limited to 1000 copies.

It is priced at $25 and is ready to ship out. It can be ordered from Enjoy The Ride here and from ThinkGeek at a later time today.

Enjoy The Ride will be releasing the Batman: Arkham Knight soundtrack

Enjoy The Ride/Toons have announced that they will be releasing Nick Arundel & David Buckley’s score to Batman: Arkham Knight on vinyl.

It will be available on 140g vinyl in three variants – Batman black and silver merge (250 copies), Joker red and white merge with black splatter (250 copies), and an Arkham Knight maroon and blue splatter variant (500 copies). The release also comes with a fold out insert with art from the game.

The release (Batman and Joker variants) will go up for sale via Enjoy The Ride/Toons’ webstore on September 23 and will start shipping the following week.

The Arkham Knight variant is a UK/EU exclusive and can be ordered from Zavvi.com.
