The Sims series 25th anniversary vinyl release now up for preorder via Enjoy The Ride

Enjoy The Ride Records are releasing a vinyl compilation of music from the The Sims series for the series’ 25th anniversary.

The release will be a 2LP in no less than 10 different color variants:
– Clear with green swirl (250 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Light green translucent (1000 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Clear and yellow pinwheel (750 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Clear and green quad split (500 copies, Light In The Attic exclusive)
– Light green marble (3000 copies, US retail variant)
– Green translucent (300 copies, jpc.de exclusive)
– Light green (300 copies, hhv exclusive)
– White (300 copies, FNAC exclusive)
– Clear and green green split (600 copies, JB HiFi exclusive)
– Clear with green splatter (3000 copies, At The Movies exclusive)

It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

It is priced at $40 and is scheduled to release in April/May, 2025. It can be preordered via Enjoy The Ride Records here.

Enjoy The Ride Records are now taking preorders are for the vinyl soundtrack to the 2023 remake of space survival horror game Dead Space.

The release will be a 2LP available in four color variants:
– a “Glowing Light” blue marbled variant (300 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– a “Suit” gold marbled variant (150 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– a “Space” grey marble variant (250 copies, international variant)
– a “Cut Off Their Limbs” smokey clear with red swirl (300 copies, retail variant).
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

Mortal Kombat 1 vinyl soundtrack now available from Enjoy The Ride

Enjoy The Ride Records are releasing the soundtrack to the latest title in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series – Mortal Kombat 1 – on vinyl.

The release is a 3LP set available in four variants:
– Logo picture disc (500 copies, retail version)
– “Fatalities” red-in-clear with green splatter + yellow-in-clear with green splatter + blue-in-clear with purple splatter colored vinyl (200 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– “Elements” orange-in-clear with orange splatter + light blue-in-clear with light blue splatter, and green-in-clear with green splatter colored vinyl (300 copies, Bertus exclusive)
– “Ninjas” yellow with black splatter, blue with black splatter and green with black splatter colored vinyl (500 copies, Mondo exclusive)

It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

The release is a 2LP available in three variants – a “Brainiac” purple-in-clear with black and pink splatter variant (250 copies), picture disc variant (200 copies), and a red/blue + black/yellow split variant (300 copies, Mondo exclusive).
It is housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

The 8-Bit Time Machine is a 2014 arrangement album of chiptune renditions of modern game music. It features tracks from the following games: Angry Birds, Battlefield 1942, Braid, Destiny, The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Portal, Super Mario Galaxy and Watch Dogs.

The release will be a single LP available in three variants – an “NES” black, silver and grey tricolor with red splatter (limited to 100 copies), a “Tri-Force” dark green on light green pinwheel with pink splatter (limited to 200 copies), and a “Time Warp” blue, red and purple swirl (limited to 200 copies, Respawned exclusive).
It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork and include a double-sided insert.

Enjoy The Ride Records are releasing the soundtrack to battle royale game Apex Legends on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP available in two color variants – a red and black swirl colored variant, and a clear with black splatter colored variant. It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with game art and they are limited to 500 copies of each variant.

It is priced at $25 and is in hand and ready to ship. As of this post both variants have sold out, but it is possible to sign up on their store page here for notifications on when it will be available again.
Enjoy The Ride have stated that there may be a repress if there’s demand (and they sold out in about 20 minutes, so it seems fair to say that there is).

Devil’s Crush & Alien Crush soundtracks now available from Enjoy The Ride

Enjoy The Ride Records are releasing the PC-Engine/TurboGrafx-16 soundtracks to pinball games Devil’s Crush and Alien Crush. The release will also feature bonus tracks from the PSP release of Star Soldier.

The release will be a single LP en colored vinyl. It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with artwork by Cody Schibi.

It will be available in four different color variants – on “alien” pink-in-clear with pink splatter colored vinyl (limited to 150, Enjoy The Ride exclusive), on “spinning pinball” silver and clear pinwheel colored vinyl (limited to 200 for retail), on solid silver “ball” colored vinyl (limited to 200, Enjoy The Ride exclusive), and on blue translucent with pink splatter colored vinyl (limited to 150, Black Screen Records exclusive).
