The Sims series 25th anniversary vinyl release now up for preorder via Enjoy The Ride

Enjoy The Ride Records are releasing a vinyl compilation of music from the The Sims series for the series’ 25th anniversary.

The release will be a 2LP in no less than 10 different color variants:
– Clear with green swirl (250 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Light green translucent (1000 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Clear and yellow pinwheel (750 copies, Enjoy The Ride exclusive)
– Clear and green quad split (500 copies, Light In The Attic exclusive)
– Light green marble (3000 copies, US retail variant)
– Green translucent (300 copies, jpc.de exclusive)
– Light green (300 copies, hhv exclusive)
– White (300 copies, FNAC exclusive)
– Clear and green green split (600 copies, JB HiFi exclusive)
– Clear with green splatter (3000 copies, At The Movies exclusive)

It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

It is priced at $40 and is scheduled to release in April/May, 2025. It can be preordered via Enjoy The Ride Records here.

Laced Records are releasing the Gears Of War: Judgment soundtrack on vinyl

Laced Records have just opened up preorders for a vinyl release of the soundtrack to Gears Of War spin-off Gears Of War: Judgment.

The release will be a 2LP red and blue colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

It is priced at £33 and is scheduled to release in September, 2023. It can be preordered from Laced Records here.

Gears Of War 1-3 vinyl box set up for preorder from LAced Records

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing a vinyl box set with the soundtracks to the first three Gears Of War shooter games.

The release will be a 6LP set on 180g red with black splatter colored vinyl. They will be housed in three wide-spined jackets (one for each game) inside a slipcase box set featuring new artwork by Luke Preece. The set will also include a slipmat and a USB drive with 5.1 surround mixes of the tracks.

Laced have also revealed that each of the soundtracks will also be released separately on a 2LP at a later date.

The box set is priced at £125/$150 and is scheduled to release in March, 2022. It can be preordered from Laced Records here.
