New NieR:Automata and NieR Gestalt & Replicant vinyl selection coming from Square Enix

Square Enix are releasing a selection of music from NieR:Automata and NieR Gestalt & Replicant together in a new vinyl release titled the “Reconstructed Edition”.

The release will be a 2LP on clear vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with artwork by Sui Ishida inspired by the previous vinyl box set release.

It is priced at ¥9350 and is scheduled to release around October 22, 2025. It can be preordered via the Japanese Square Enix store here or via CDJapan with international shipping here.

As of this post it is not available from the North American or European Square Enix stores, but presumably they will be soon.

iam8bit to release Psychonauts soundtrack and score together on vinyl

Psychonauts is turning 20! And to celebrate this iam8bit are releasing the game’s original soundtrack and original score together on vinyl. They previously released the soundtrack on vinyl back in 2016, but this is the first time that the score has been released on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with Lunar Saloon’s artwork from the 2016 pressing. This new pressing will not feature the spinny brain gimmick from the original, though.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records are releasing the soundtrack to the highly acclaimed role-playing game Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 on vinyl and preorders are live now. It will be available as a smaller 2LP selection and a larger 6LP selection.

Both the 2LP and 6LP release will be available in three color variants – a Laced-exclusive edition multi-color galaxy swirl colored vinyl variant, an IGN-exclusive brown and black swirl colored vinyl variant (500 6LP copies and 1000 2LP copies), and a standard black vinyl variant.

The 2LP set will be housed in a wide-spined single-pocket jacket with art from developer Nicholas Maxson-Francombe, while the 6LP will be housed in a gold foil slipcase box set with printed sleeves also featuring art from Nicholas Maxson-Francombe.

The 2LP will be priced at £36 and the 6LP at £115. Both are set to release in February, 2026. They can be preordered via Laced Records here.

Lost In Cult ready with preorders for the Hauntii vinyl soundtrack

Lost In Cult Records have just launched preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to action exploration game Hauntii.

The release will be a 2LP on white with black splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with artwork by developer Moonloop Games.

iam8bit are now taking preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to puzzle-platformer Limbo for the game’s 15th anniversary.

The release will be a single 10″ on black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket 10″ jacket with artwork by developer Playdead.

A Blue Archive soundtrack collection is now available on vinyl

A selection of music from the soundtrack to role-playing game Blue Archive is now available to order on vinyl from publisher Yostar’s store.

The release is a 2LP on black vinyl. It is housed in a triple gatefold jacket with game art. It also includes a non-music picture disc and a booklet with track details.

Music On Vinyl are reissuing both the original score and the collection of licensed songs for Death Stranding on vinyl. Both were previously released by Mondo.

The score will be a 3LP set on two black and one white records. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with game art and will include a 12-page booklet and a poster. It is limited to 750 copies.

New Blasphemous vinyl soundtrack box set up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records have just opened up preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to action metroidvania Blasphemous on vinyl as well as music for DLCs “Stir Of Dawn” and “Wounds Of Eventide”. Blasphemous previously had a vinyl release that came out back in 2020, which has been unavailable for a long time.

The release will be a 4LP available in two different color variants – a limited edition white and grey marble colored vinyl variant, and a standard black vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a slipcase box set with printed sleeves all featuring artwork by Diego Minguez, Jesús Campos “Nerkin” and The Game Bakers.

It is priced at £77 and is scheduled to release in January, 2026. It can be preordered via Laced Records here.

Persona 5: The Phantom X vinyl gift box set now up for preorder via A+ Record

A+ Record have opened up preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to gacha RPG Persona 5: The Phantom X, which was recently localized and released in English.

The release will be a 2LP on 180g red with black splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with game art and will be released as part of a vinyl gift box set. The set also includes a small acrylic art print, a lyrics booklet, a canvas tote bag, and a felt slipmat. Preorders will also include an acrylic pendant and a postcard.

It is priced at 359 RMB and is scheduled to release later in 2025. It can be preordered via Taobao here, although please note that you’d likely need either a Chinese address or the use of a proxy service.

Several past releases from A+ Record have received Western distribution, but nothing has been confirmed yet as of this post.
