Disasterpeace’s Hyper Light Drifter soundtrack to be released as a 4LP through iam8bit

Today iam8bit announced that they will be releasing Disasterpeace’s soundtrack to the game Hyper Light Drifter. The soundtrack to Heart Machine’s game was met with critical acclaim when the game was released back in late March this year.

The soundtrack will be released as a 4LP set where each record comes on 180g vinyl in a different translucent color – pink, blue, green and red. The album will come in a triple gatefold housed in a hardcase and will feature new artwork from Heart Machine and Drew Wise.

The 4LP has been mastered for vinyl by Infrasonic Sound and the release comes with an instant digital download of the full soundtrack upon purchase.

Preorders are set to open tomorrow, May 26, at 10am PDT and the estimated release date is Winter 2016.

The release can be preordered via iam8bit’s US store here and iam8bit’s UK store here.
