Civilization VII soundtrack now up for vinyl preorder from Laced Records

Laced Records are taking preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to turn-based strategy game Sid Meier’s Civilization VII in two variants with a large and small selection of tracks.

The small release will be a 2LP available in two color variants – an exclusive edition on gold and pink marble colored vinyl, and a standard edition on black vinyl.
It will be housed in a wide-spined single-pocket jacket with printed inner sleeves with artwork by developer Firaxis Games.

The large release will be a 4LP available in two color variants – a limited edition on gold and pink marble colored vinyl, and a standard edition on black vinyl.
It will be housed in a slipcase box set with spined jackets all with artwork by developer Firaxis Games.

The 2LP is priced at £36 and the 4LP at £77 and both are set to release in November, 2025. They can be preordered via Laced Records here.

Iam8bit will release the soundtrack to XCOM: Enemy Unknown and XCOM 2 as a 2LP set

Iam8bit just listed a 2LP set featuring tracks from the soundtracks to XCOM: Enemy Unknown on disc 1 and XCOM 2 on disc 2. The soundtrack to these titles were made by Michael McCann, Roland Rizzo, and Tim Wynn.

The 2LP set will come on 180g blue and white marbled vinyl and the cover comes with original art by Filip Hodas (see mockups below). Both digital soundtracks will be included in the set. Pre-orders have opened now and the set is planned for a Q2, 2016 release.
