Today Black Screen Records announced that they will be releasing Jonah Senzel’s soundtrack to the game Pony Island on vinyl.
The release wil be available in two different variants – 180g black and 180g clear vinyl. The album comes with new artwork done by the game’s developer Daniel Mullins. And as an extra bonus the release includes a digital download of the soundtrack as well as a Steam code for the game.

Some of you might’ve guessed it from our social media teasers or from the entertaining Twitter conversation between Black Screen Records and Chris Christodoulou last week. But in case you didn’t now the news are official – Black Screen Record will be releasing Chris Christodoulou’s soundtrack to the rogue-like indie platformer Risk of Rain.
The release will be on a 2LP with one disc on purple and one on gold colored vinyl housed in a gatefold jacket with liner notes from Chris Christodoulou. As an added bonus it comes with both the full digital soundtrack and the “Engineer Edition” of the soundtrack, which contains all the separate audio stems for all the main groups of instruments used in the soundtrack.
The release is priced at €24 and is open for preorders now via Black Screen Records’ webstore. The release is scheduled to go out late October 2016.
Over the past couple of days Black Screen Records have been posting teasers about their third release on Twitter, and today they finally confirmed that they will be releasing Eirik Suhrke’s soundtrack to Downwell on vinyl.
The release comes on 180g red vinyl and includes a 12″ screen print and brand new artwork by Mushbuh. It also includes a digital download for the album.
Preorders will open on August 3 through Black Screen Records web store here.
Black Screen Records teased this soundtrack a while back by posting a sound clip on social media of them playing the test pressing, but now the official announcement is out – Black Screen Records are releasing Joris de Man’s Velocity 2X soundtrack on vinyl.
The release will come on 2LP 180g vinyl with one disc on solid neon pink vinyl and the other on solid blue vinyl. The release also comes with an A2 poster with artwork from the game and an instant MP3 download of the digital soundtrack.
The release is scheduled to ship out on August 19, 2016, is priced at €24, and can be preordered from Black Screen Records’ store here.
But that’s not all – if you’re feeling adventurous you can also preorder a mystery bundle containing the Velocity 2X soundtrack + the next 3 soundtracks from Black Screen Records. This bundle is €80 and is slightly cheaper than buying the albums individually. On the downside they won’t ship out until November. The mystery bundle can be preordered here.
