Spacelab9 preorders for Mass Effect Trilogy vinyl box are now live

Spacelab9’s long-hyped release of music from classic sci-fi RPG trilogy Mass Effect is at long last open up for preorders.

The release will be a 4LP box set in three variants – a 180g black vinyl variant, a 140g “Urdnot Wrex” red colored vinyl variant, and a 140g “N7” white, red and black tricolor vinyl variant.
The set will be housed in a quadfold jacket within a slipcase box set with foil-stamped artwork. Preroders for Spacelab9 will also include a slipmat.

It is priced at $100 and is scheduled to release in September, 2021. It can be preordered from Spacelab9 here.

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. to release Gradius ReBirth soundtrack on vinyl

Ship To Shore have just opened up preorders for the soundtrack to the WiiWare-exclusive shoot ’em up Gradius ReBirth on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP in two variants – a blue and black swirl colored vinyl variant exclusive to Ship To Shore and a clear vinyl variant for retail. It will be housed in a jacket with new artwork.

It is priced at $35 and is scheduled to release in April, 2021. It can be preordered from Ship To Shore PhonoCo. here.

Tekken 4 and Tekken Tag Tournament Vinyl soundtracks up via Laced

As part of their plans to release all mainline and Tag Tournament soundtrack entries in the Tekken series Laced Records have just announced vinyl preorders for Tekken 4 and Tekken Tag Tournament.

Tekken 4 will be a 180g 2LP in two variants – a limited edition blue and yellow colored vinyl variant, and a standard black variant. They will be housed in a gatefold jacket.

Tekken Tag Tournament will be a 180g 3LP also in two variants – a limited edition cream, pink and grey colored vinyl variant, and a standard black variant. They will be housed in a triple gatefold jacket.

Both releases will feature new artwork by Samuel Donato.

Tekken 4 is priced at £33/$35 and Tekken Tag at £45/$50. They can be preordered from Laced Records here.

The original Super Meat Boy soundtrack can now be backed on vinyl

Composer Danny Baranowsky has launched a campaign in order to release his soundtrack to the original release of Super Meat Boy on vinyl.

If successful the release will be a 2LP with one record on red translucent and the other on pink with red splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket featuring new artwork by Karsten Schreurs.

The campaign runs from now and until March 31 and has a goal of $6139 in order to be successful. If it hits its goal the release estimate is June, 2021.

New Wave Break EP now up for preorder from NewRetroWave

Last year NewRetroWave released an EP for the “skateboating” game Wave Break titled High Tides on vinyl, and now they’re ready with a new one called Neon Rides.

The release will be a single 12″ EP on neon purple colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with gloss finish featuring artwork by Signalnoise. It will be limited to 200 copies.

It is priced at $21 and is scheduled to release in June, 2021. It can be preordered via NewRetroWave’s Bandcamp here.

More RuneScape vinyl soundtracks up via Laced Records

Laced Records are taking preorders for two RuneScape albumsBack in 2018 Laced Records released two RuneScape albums on vinyl and now they’re back with two new ones titled “Old School Combat Classics” and “God Wars Dungeon”.

Both releases will be 2LPs on 180g colored vinyl and housed in gatefold jackets with game art. Old School Combat Classics will be on a red and orange swirl colored vinyl, while God Wars Dungeon will be on blue and purple swirl colored vinyl.
Both releases will also come with a download for a digital copy of the music.

Both are priced at £33/$35 and are scheduled to release in late June, 2021. Old School Combat Classics can be preordered from Laced here and God Wars Dungeon here.

Anodyne 2 vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder from The Yetee

As announced last week Yetee Records are releasing a selection of tracks from adventure game Anodyne 2: Return To Dust on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP on “primordial haze” blue and green swirl colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Marina Ayano Kittaka and will include an insert with liner notes by composer Melos Han-Tani. It will be limited to 300 copies.

It is priced at $25 and is scheduled to release in Q3 2021. It can be preordered from The Yetee here.

Knights And Bikes soundtrack getting vinyl release from Fangamer

Limited Run Games have announced an exclusive variant of the soundtrack to action-adventure game Knights And Bikes – and in the process also confirming that Fangamer will be the label releasing it.

The release will be a single LP available in two color variants – an orange colored vinyl variant, and a purple colored vinyl variant. The latter is limited to 400 and exclusive to Limited Run Games.
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket featuring new artwork by Rex Crowle.

It is priced at $25, but there’s currently no clear ETA for when it will release. The Limited Run Games variant can be preordered here at 10AM EST today, while the Fangamer variant will go up at a later unannounced date.

Ship To Shore to release the Esper Dream 1+2 soundtracks on vinyl

Once upon a time in 2018 Ship To Shore PhonoCo. announced that they would be releasing the soundtracks to Japan-only RPGs Esper Dream and Esper Dream 2: Aratanaru Tataka on vinyl. They are dropping together on the same release, which is now up for preorder.

The release will be a single LP on purple-in-clear vinyl with purple splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a standard LP jacket featuring new artwork by Maddie Copp.

It is priced at $30 and is scheduled to release around February 22, 2021. It can be preordered from Ship To Shore’s store here.

Borderlands 2 vinyl soundtrack up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records will be releasing the soundtrack to the first person looter shooter Borderlands 2 on vinyl.

The release will be a 180g 4LP available in two variants – a limited edition yellow and black “galaxy” swirl colored vinyl and a standard black vinyl variant. It will be housed in individual jackets within a slipcase box set with game art.

It is priced at £70/$80 and is scheduled to release in late May, 2021. The limited edition can be preordered from Laced Records here and the standard edition here.
