Guacemelee! 1 & 2 soundtracks up for preorder from Ship To Shore

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. have just launched preorders for the soundtracks to the luchador Metroidvania games Guacamelee! and Guacamelee 2 on vinyl.

Both will be single LPs and come in regular LP jackets with artwork by Augusto Quijano. Guacamelee! will be on red colored vinyl while Guacamelee! 2 will be on mint green vinyl.

Both are priced at $25 and scheduled to release in December, 2020.

Materia Collective ready with Carrion vinyl soundtrack preorders

Materia Collective have just announced that they are releasing the soundtrack to the “reverse horror” game Carrion on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP available in two variants – a red and black swirl colored variant (limited to 1000 copies), and a “blood” liquid-filled variant (limited to 40 copies).
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with cover art by Dan Quintana and gatefold illustration by Isa Alcántara.

The standard version is priced at $39 and the liquid-filled one is priced at $666 (yes, three sixes). They are available to order from now and until November 20, 2020 and is scheduled to release in 2021.

The Radirgy Swag soundtrack is available to order on vinyl

Japanese developer RS34 is releasing the soundtrack to their vertical shooter Radirgy Swag on vinyl.

Some may be aware that US publisher Dispatch Games are also working on a vinyl release for this for the game’s physical collector’s edition. I was told that these two releases feature the same tracks, but are different pressings and feature slightly different artwork from each other.

The release is a single LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with artwork by composer Daisuke Nagata. It comes with an art insert and a download card.

It is priced at ¥4400 and is in-hand and ready to ship. It can be preordered directly from RS34’s store here.

iam8bit are releasing the soundtrack to The Pathless on vinyl

iam8bit have just announced that they are releasing the soundtrack to the upcoming action-adventure game The Pathless on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP with one record on “cleansed” blue and the other on “cursed” red colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Elaine Lee.

It is priced at $40 and is scheduled to release in Q1 2021. It can be preordered from iam8bit here.

SteamWorld Tower Defense reimagined 7″ now up from Thunderful

In celebration of SteamWorld Tower Defense’s 10th anniversary Thunderful are releasing a 7″ featuring reimagined music from the game.

The release is a 7″ record on purple colored vinyl. It comes in a regular 7″ jacket with new artwork by Agnes Mikucka and is limited to 250 copies.

It is priced at 100 SEK (~€10) and is in-hand and ready to ship. It can be ordered from Thunderful here.

Ikaruga orders are now live from Data Discs

A few days ago Data Discs announced that they would be releasing the soundtrack to the shoot ’em up game Ikaruga on vinyl and now orders are open.

It will be a single 180g LP in three different color variants – a limited edition clear with black and white splatter variant, a white variant, and a classic black variant.
It will be housed in a heavy-weight single pocket jacket with game art and includes an obi strip and four lithographic prints with art by Yasushi Suzuki.

It is priced at £21 and is in-stock, however, due to COVID-19 restrictions they cannot ship as fast as normal, but expect to have all orders shipped out by November 20, 2020.

Paradise Killer vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder from Black Screen Records

Black Screen Records dropped a small teaser yesterday, but now they’ve just confirmed that they are releasing the soundtrack to the open world investigation game Paradise Killer on vinyl.

The release will be a 180g 2LP with one record on light blue and the other on pink colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Mizucat. It will include an A2 Crimson Acid poster, a Dead Nebula enamel pin, and a download code for the digital soundtrack.

It is priced at €34 and is scheduled to release in February, 2021. It can be preordered from Black Screen Records here.

Limited Run Games are releasing The Mummy Demastered on vinyl

A little over a week ago Limited Run Games announced that they would be releasing the soundtrack to retro-inspired Metroidvania game The Mummy Demastered on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP on dark green swirl colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art.

It is priced at $35 and will be available as an open preorder from now and until November 22, 2020. It is scheduled to release 3-5 months after preorders close.

The Mummy Demastered - Front

The Creaks soundtrack can now be preordered on vinyl

Minority Records announced a while ago that they would be releasing the soundtrack to puzzle adventure game Creaks on vinyl – and now preorders are live.

The release will be a 2LP on light blue translucent colored vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with the same artwork as the digital release. It includes six 29x29cm art prints with art by Radim Jurda & Jan Chlup as well as a download card.

It is priced at $30 and is scheduled to release on November 20, 2020. It can be preordered from Amanita Design here.
