The Yetee have revealed that they are releasing the soundtracks to the two Tribute Games games Curses N’ Chaos and Wizorb on vinyl. Curses N’ Chaos is composed by Patrice Bourgeault and Wizorb by Jean Chan.
Both are single LP releases housed in standard record jackets. Curses N’ Chaos comes on black and red merge colored vinyl, the jacket features art by Ian, and the release is limited to 500 copies Wilding. Wizorb comes on a picture disc, features art by Drew Wise, and is limited to 250 copies.
And if that’s not enough they are also releasing a new variant of the Ninja Senki soundtrack – a DX classic shuriken picture disc. Also limited to 250 copies.
All 3 titles are priced and $25 and are ready to ship.
Yetee Records have announced that they will be releasing Curtis Schweitzer’s soundtrack to the game Starbound on vinyl.
The release will be a 2LP on 180g vinyl with one disc being on purple translucent with black swirl and the other on gold translucent colored vinyl. The records will come in a gatefold jacket with the game’s logo in gold foil letters. Artwork for the release has been done by Drew Wise.
The release will be limited to 500 copies and is priced at $35. Orders will go up later today (June 22, 2017) via The Yetee’s web store here.
The Yetee have announced two releases for Record Store Day – Chipzel’s soundtrack to Interstellaria and Patrice Bourgeault’s original and DX soundtracks to Ninja Senki.
The Interstellaria release is a 2LP on black vinyl with blue and white “space” splatter and comes in a jacket with new artwork by Marie Bergeron.
The Ninja Senki release is also a single LP, but comes on a pixelated shuriken picture disc on clear vinyl and comes in a textured jacket with new artwork by Drew Wise. Ninja Senki will be limited to 250 copies.
Both releases will come with a download code for digital copies of the soundtrack.
Interstellaria is ready for shipping on Record Store Day, while Ninja Senki will begin shipping in late June 2017.
The Yetee have just begun taking orders for their release of R23X’s Katamari Fantasy, which features mashups of Katamari Damacy and Final Fantasy music. The release was first sold at this year’s MAGfest.
The release is a flexi disc that comes in a cover featuring artwork by Drew Wise. As something special this will be a timed release and will only be available between February 13 to 15 (ending at 11:23PM CST).
iam8bit have just announced that they will be releasing Motoaki Furukawa’s soundtrack to the 1991 arcade game Sunset Riders on vinyl. The release comes out in commemoration of the game’s 25th anniversary.
The release comes on a “clear smoke” 10″ record in a jacket with brand new artwork by Drew Wise. The jacket comes with die-cut bullet holes to match the game’s Western theme.
Preorders have opened now and the release, which is limited to 1000 copies, is scheduled to go out in Q2 2017.
The soundtrack, which is composed by the Konami Kukeiha Club, have never been released outside Japan before and is famous for its use of the VRC7 chip, which improved the quality of sound and music in the game.
The release comes on a single LP and will be available in three different color variants:
– Clear with purple streaks (exclusive to Ship To Shore’s store)
– Clear with blue streaks (exclusive to The Yetee’s store)
– Purple marbled (retail version available through Ship To Shore, Light In The Attic, and One Way Static)
The album will also feature brand new artwork by Drew Wise and feature liner notes from USgamer’s Jeremy Parish.
They’ve been teasing “Annoying Dog Day” for a couple of days and now it all makes sense – iam8bit just announced that they are releasing Toby Fox’ acclaimed Undertale soundtrack on vinyl later this year.
The release will feature brand new artwork by Drew Wise (see below) and will be a 2LP in a gatefold jacket. One LP will be on ‘pacifist’ blue while the other is on ‘genocide’ red. As a bonus it also comes with a “Monster Kidz Word Search” insert as well as a download of the full digital soundtrack.
And as an extra bonus – those who preorder the release before September 5, 2016 will receive a limited 7″ on clear vinyl with an “annoying dog” print on the b-side. The 7″ naturally includes the “Annoying Dog Song” from the game.

Today iam8bit announced that they will be releasing Disasterpeace’s soundtrack to the game Hyper Light Drifter. The soundtrack to Heart Machine’s game was met with critical acclaim when the game was released back in late March this year.
The soundtrack will be released as a 4LP set where each record comes on 180g vinyl in a different translucent color – pink, blue, green and red. The album will come in a triple gatefold housed in a hardcase and will feature new artwork from Heart Machine and Drew Wise.
The 4LP has been mastered for vinyl by Infrasonic Sound and the release comes with an instant digital download of the full soundtrack upon purchase.
Preorders are set to open tomorrow, May 26, at 10am PDT and the estimated release date is Winter 2016.
The artwork is done by Drew Wise and the record will be a picture disc pressed on clear vinyl (see the mockups below).
