It’s been a while since Spacelab9 casually announced that they would be releasing Marcin Przybyłowicz’ soundtrack to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on vinyl in the bottom of their newsletter.
Now we do have some details on not just one, but two different versions of the soundtrack.
The first will be a 2LP on “wolf emblem” silver grey colored vinyl and has the full 35-track soundtrack. The second will be a limited edition 3LP on red and blue vinyl and has the full 35-track soundtrack on the first two records and the Heart of Stone DLC soundtrack on the third.
Both will be housed in a triple gatefold jacket that features brand new new custom artwork.
The 2LP variant is priced at $30 and will be available exclusively from ThinkGeek on June 2, 2017 via this link.
The 3LP variant is priced at €40 and is available exclusively through Game Legends right now via this link. According to Game Legends the 3LP is limited to just 100 copies, so you probably shouldn’t wait too long if you’re going for that one.
Today Data Discs revealed a listing for a vinyl release for Norio “NON” Hanzawa’s Gunstar Heroes soundtrack – a title that they announced late last year.
The release will be a 2LP cut at 45RPM. It comes in a single jacket with original and concept art from the game and includes printed inner sleeves and a double-sided poster.
As always Data Discs are making them available in several color variants. There will be a version on classic black, a version with a red and a blue record, and a limited edition version on red and blue split colored vinyl.
The release is priced at £25 and is not a preorder, so it’s ready to ship immediately when it goes on sale on Saturday May 27, 2017 via the Data Discs web store.
Today Supergiant Games dropped a surprise announcement saying that they will release Darren Korb’s acclaimed soundtrack to their game Bastion on vinyl.
The release will be a 2LP on 180g black vinyl and it comes in an “old-style” gatefold jacket with new artwork by Marie Bergeron (who also did the artwork for the recent Interstellaria release). The vinyl soundtrack features two songs not found in the game and also comes with a download code for a digital copy of the music.
Those who preorder will receive a little extra bonus in the shape of a Bastion bandana.
The release is priced at $40 and is scheduled to ship early Summer 2017. It can be preordered now via Supergiant Games’ store.
Today G4F Records announced that they will be releasing Yann van der Cruyssen’s soundtrack to the platforming game Seasons After Fall on vinyl.
The release will be a 2LP with one orange and green orange record. It comes in a gatefold cover with artwork by Géraud Soulié. It will be a pressing of 300 copies.
The album contains a selection of 38 tracks from the 43 track long soundtrack. As it’s being distributed via Bandcamp it will also come with a digital download of the full soundtrack.
It is expected to release on or around November 16, 2017 and is priced at €30. It can be preordered now via Bandcamp.
German label VinylDigital have announced that they will be releasing Shag’s “Flyrule” album on vinyl. The album was originally released digitally in 2011 and features instrumental hip hop remixes of tracks from the The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time soundtrack.
The release will be a single LP in a regular record jacket sporting new artwork by Micha Quär. The LP comes on gold-colored vinyl and will be limited to 300 copies.
The release is priced at €17 and is scheduled to release on May 26, 2017. It can be preordered now via VinylDigital’s online store here.
The brand new label Gamemusic Records (which is run by people from GameMusic.net) have opened up orders for Arkadiusz Reikowski’s Kholat soundtrack on vinyl.
The release will be a single LP in two color variants – classic black and “blood on the snow” white with red splatter. The release will come in a gatefold cover with original artwork by Andrzej Jedrzejek and game concept art. The release will be limited to 300 copies.
The release is priced at €29 and will begin shipping out later this month.

iam8bit have announced that they will be releasing Atlus Sound Team’s soundtrack to the game Persona 5 on vinyl.
The release will be available in 2 variants a 4LP set with a selection of tracks curated by the Atlus Sound Team, and a 6LP set with the full 110-track soundtrack. The 6LP set will be limited to just 1000 copies.
Both will be released in “quality box sets”, but there are no mockups of the artwork featured on the release yet. In total not much is known about the visuals of these releases yet, but iam8bit is teasing the announcement of a “top secret artists” who will be involved with these.
These are scheduled to release in Q4, 2017 and are priced at $100 for the 4LP set and $175 for the 6LP set.

Laced Records have announced that they will be releasing Toytree’s soundtrack to upcoming first-person shooter STRAFE on vinyl.
The release will be a 180g 2LP in two different versions. The special edition will come on black vinyl in a special floppy disc-inspired cover. The special edition is limited to 300 copies. The standard edition will come on orange and red colored vinyl with a different cover (see below). Artwork is done by Pixel Titans and Joey Rex.
In addition to the two variants, it is also possible to preorder the releases both with and without a preorder code for the game.
The release is scheduled to come out in Q3, 2017, and it can be preordred now via Laced Records’ webstore.
…not literally everything, but rather Ben Lukas Boysen & Sebastian Plano’s soundtrack to the game Everything. It will be released by the label Erased Tapes.
The release will be a single LP in a regular jacket featuring artwork with several of the objects you come across in the game. The release will be available in two variants – a standard black vinyl variants, and a limited edition clear vinyl variant that also comes with a digital copy of the game. 500 copies of the limited edition will be available.
The release consists of a selection of 10 tracks from the full soundtrack, chosen by Erased Tapes label boss Robert Raths. However, both variants will include a download code for a digital copy of the full 43-track soundtrack.
The album is scheduled to begin shipping out on July 26, 2017 (official release is July 28) and can be preordered now via Erased Tapes’ webstore.
The Yetee have announced two releases for Record Store Day – Chipzel’s soundtrack to Interstellaria and Patrice Bourgeault’s original and DX soundtracks to Ninja Senki.
The Interstellaria release is a 2LP on black vinyl with blue and white “space” splatter and comes in a jacket with new artwork by Marie Bergeron.
The Ninja Senki release is also a single LP, but comes on a pixelated shuriken picture disc on clear vinyl and comes in a textured jacket with new artwork by Drew Wise. Ninja Senki will be limited to 250 copies.
Both releases will come with a download code for digital copies of the soundtrack.
Interstellaria is ready for shipping on Record Store Day, while Ninja Senki will begin shipping in late June 2017.
