The Last Of Us Part II: Covers And Rarities vinyl preorder up via Mondo

Mondo are releasing an EP with the acoustic cover version tracks played in The Last Of Us Part II on vinyl.

The release will be a 45RPM 12″ EP available in two 180g vinyl color variants – a blue-in-clear with red splatter colored variant, and a black vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with new artwork by Dani Pendergast.

It is priced at $25 and they are scheduled to ship in November, 2021. Do note that as of this post the first run of the colored variant is sold out, but they have a preorder up for another pressing shipping in March, 2022.

Jettomero vinyl soundtrack up for preorder via Stumpy Frog

Stumpy Frog Records have just opened up preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to clumsy-salvation-by-giant-robot game Jettomero: Hero Of The Universe.

The release will be a 2LP available in two color variants – a galaxy green variant (150 copies), and a “star” black with grey splatter variant (350 copies). It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with in-game photography and design by composer and game creator Gabriel Koenig.
Each release will be hand-numbered and will include an obi strip, an 18-page artbook and a tote bag with additional art by SpiffSnaps.

It is priced at $35 and is scheduled to ship in October, 2021. It can be preordered from Stumpy Frog Records here.

Going Under vinyl soundtrack up for preorder via Black Screen Records

Black Screen Records have just announced that they are releasing the soundtrack to the unpaid internship roguelike Going Under on vinyl.

The release will be a 180g 2LP with one record on pink and the other on blue colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Luiz Mello. It will also include an enamel pin, a sticker sheet and a download card for a digital copy of the soundtrack.

It is priced at €35 and is scheduled to release in January, 2022. It can be preordered from Black Screen Records here.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania vinyl soundtrack preorder up via iam8bit

iam8bit have announced that they will be releasing the soundtrack to upcoming remastered collection of the first three Super Monkey Ball games titled Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP available in two variants – a “Monkey Ball” clear and pink split variant (limited to 1000 copies), and a “Banana” yellow variant (with randomly inserted bruised spots).
It will be house in a gatefold jacket with a peel-able banana sticker featuring artwork by Little Friends of Printmaking.

The limited edition is $50, while the standard is $40. Both are scheduled to release in Q2 2022. It can be preordered from iam8bit here.

Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker 7″ now up for preorder via Square Enix

Square Enix are releasing a 7″ with music from the upcoming Final Fantasy XIV expansion Endwalker.

The release will be a black vinyl 7″ housed in a 7″ jacket with new artwork by the game’s art team.

It is priced at $28/€29/£25 and is scheduled to release on November 17, 2021. It can be preordered from the Square Enix North American store here, their European store here, and their UK store here.

Windbound soundtrack and Super Mario Galaxy arrangement now up via Mana Wave

Mana Wave Media have just opened up preorders for two new releases. The first is the soundtrack to the indie adventure RPG Windbound and the other is the Super Mario Galaxy arrangement album Star Stories.

Windbound will be a single LP available in two variants – “Seashore” blue marbled colored vinyl (exclusive to Mana Wave), and a standard edition “Cloudy Skies” clear with white marble.
It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Jennifer A. Reuter.

Star Stories will be a single 45RPM LP on blue swirl with white splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket tip-on jacket with new artwork by Annie Startseva.

Windbound is priced at $28 and Star Stories at $30. Both are scheduled to release in Q4 2021.

Death’s Gambit vinyl soundtrack now up for preorder

A selection of tracks from the soundtrack to 2D metroidvania Death’s Gambit – including some from the upcoming Afterlife update – are getting released on vinyl in a joint effort from publisher Serenity Forge and label Mana Wave Media.

The release will be a 2LP on light blue and sea blue with black splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with new artwork by Max Zhang.

It is priced at $35 and is scheduled to release in Q1 2022. It can be preordered via Serenity Forge’s store here.

Narita Boy soundtrack now available to order on vinyl

Developer Studio Koba are releasing the soundtrack to their retro-inspired action adventure game Narita Boy on vinyl. The vinyl release was previously available for backers of the game’s Kickstarter, but is now available for everyone else.

The release will be a single LP in a regular LP jacket.

It is priced at €20 and it is not entirely clear when it is scheduled to begin shipping. It can be ordered from Studio Koba’s store here.

As teased recently Ship To Shore PhonoCo. are releasing the soundtrack to Capcom’s 3D fighting game Power Stone on vinyl – and now preorders are live.

The release will be a single LP available in two variants – a hazy red colored vinyl (Ship To Shore exclusive), and a clear vinyl variant. It will be housed in a single pocket jacket with new artwork by Mike Luckas and will include liner notes by Anthony John Agnello.

It is priced at $27 and is scheduled to release in Q1 2022. It can be preordered from Ship To Shore PhonoCo. here (although sold out as of this post).
