Diablo II: Resurrected 2LP being released by iam8bit

The Blizzard Gear store have just launched a vinyl release for the soundtrack to the new remastered version of Diablo II – Diablo II: Resurrected. The release is being handled by iam8bit.

The release will be a 2LP on red with black splatter colored vinyl. It’s listed as a Blizzard Gear exclusive color, so presumably other color variants will be available later.
It will be housed in a jacket with new artwork by Billelis and design by Ryan Brinkerhoff.

It is priced at $40 and is in-hand and ready to ship. It can be ordered via the Blizzard Gear store here.

Library Of Ruina vinyl soundtrack can be backed on Bandcamp now

The band Mili are crowdfunding their soundtrack to the strategic card combat game Library Of Ruina on vinyl via Bandcamp.

The release will be a single LP on red colored vinyl. It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with the artwork from the soundtracks digital release.

The campaign runs from now and until December 5, 2021. It is priced at $41 and if successful it is scheduled to release in April, 2022. It can be backed on Bandcamp here.

Channel 3 are releasing a PHOGS! vinyl soundtrack

Channel 3 Records have just opened up orders for the vinyl soundtrack to puzzle adventure game PHOGS!.

The release will be a single LP available in two variants – a “Phog Phur” orange colored variant, and a clear with red and blue splatter colored variant.
It will be housed in a reverse board single-pocket jacket with artwork by Caitlin Smith.

Both variants will include an enamel pin and a drink koozie. The splatter variant will only be in the “Phantastic Phog” bundle, which is limited to 50 copies and also comes with a bendable plushie and a felt slipmat.

The standard version is priced at $30 with the bundle at $55. The standard is in stock and shipping now, while the bundle will be shipping later this month. They can be preordered from Channel 3 here.

Overcooked! vinyl release coming via Demon Records

Listings have begun showing up for an Overcooked! vinyl release by Demon Records titled “Overcooked! The Kingdom Tour”.

The release will be a single LP on 140g clear with “tomato” red splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with a printed inner featuring new artwork.

Demon Records do not have their own stores so prices will vary a bit between distributors, but appear to be in the €24-30 range. It is scheduled to release on January 28, 2022. So far Bigwax have it up for preorder here, but expect to see it on several storefronts.

Castlevania hiphop/grime album The Belmont Tapes up for vinyl preorder

Noir Grime are releasing the recently Indiegogo-funded Castlevania-themed hiphop/grime album The Belmont Tapes by Shubzilla and Bill Beats on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a regular LP jacket with artwork by Melissa Butler.

It is priced at $30 and is scheduled to release in April, 2022. It can be preordered via Bandcamp here.

New God Of War pressing coming from Music On Vinyl

Music On Vinyl have announced a new vinyl pressing of the soundtrack to the 2018 God of War game. The new pressing will feature the same tracks as the 2018 release from Mondo.

The release will be a 180g 2LP on clear with black marble colored vinyl. It will be housed in a “leather laminate” finish gatefold jacket with game art. It will be limited to 1000 individually numbered copies.

It is priced at around €34 (although it will vary between retailers) and is scheduled to release around December 12, 2021. You can read more details on Music On Vinyl’s website here, and it will be sold via various online and physical stores.

Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy vinyl soundtrack up via Mondo

Mondo have just opened up preorders for the vinyl soundtrack to the new superhero action game Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy.

Disc 1 will feature the debut album from fictional in-game band Star-Lord Band while disc 2 will feature a selection of tracks from the game’s score by Richard Jacques.

The release will be a 180g 2LP available in two variants – a green and purple marbled color variant, and a black variant. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by César Moreno and will include an insert with credits.

It is priced at $35 and is scheduled to release in December, 2021. It can be preordered via Mondo here.

Metroid Cinematica Kickstarter with vinyl options now live

Sam Dillard have just launched a Kickstarter campaign for a physical release of a “recharged” version of his Metroid Cinematica arrangement album. The vinyl reward tiers will be handled by Mango Mage Records.

The release will be a 45RPM 4LP set available in three variants: A standard variant on blue translucent marbled colored vinyl, a Kickstarter exclusive variant on red, green, gold and blue colored vinyl (500 copies), and a Wax Mage variant in a custom hand-made color pattern (20 copies).
The standard variant will ship in a quadfold jacket, while the Kickstarter and Wax Mage variants will be in a quadfold jacket within a wooden box set.

The campaign runs from now and until November 22, 2021 with a goal of $10,000 (and as of this post this has already been met). Vinyl rewards are scheduled to begin shipping out in December, 2022.
The standard variant is $80, the Kickstarter variant is $130 and the Wax Mage is $300 (sold out as of this post).

Final Fantasy character theme compilation up for vinyl preorder via Square

Square Enix are releasing a series of four compilation LPs with character and battle themes from all 15 Final Fantasy main series titles.

Each release will be a single black vinyl LP. They will be housed in tip-on single-pocket jackets with character illustrations by Tetsuya Nomura and will all include a download card.
There is also an option for a version which has all four releases together in a clear plastic slipcase

Please note that if you order from Square Enix Japan you will have to buy all four standalone titles in order to qualify for the slipcase, while the Western stores has the 4LP set as a standalone listing.

They are priced at €33/$37/¥3250 and are scheduled to release between December 6, 2021 and March 28, 2022 (slipcase orders will ship March 28, 2022).

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 vinyl box up for preorder via Laced Records

Laced Records are releasing music from the Tekken series on vinyl and now the time has come for the second entry in the Tag Tournament series – Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

The release will be a 180g 4LP box set available in two color variants – a limited edition orange, green, violet and blue colored variant, and a black variant.
It will be housed in a gatefold box case with each record in individual printed jackets. The set will feature new illustrations by Samuel Donato.

It is priced at £70/$80 and is scheduled to release in June, 2022. It can be preordered via Laced Records here.
