New NieR: Automata arrangement by Rozen up for vinyl preorder via Materia

Materia Collective have announced that they are releasing a new arrangement album of music from NieR: Automata on vinyl. They’ve previously released the album Glory To Mankind, also by Rozen + Reven.

The release will be a 2LP on 180g black with “Machine” white and gold splatter. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Airi Pan. It includes a 16-page with session photos.

It is priced at $50 and is scheduled to release in April, 2022. It can be preordered from Materia Collective here.

Final Fantasy VI piano arrangement LP up via Respawned

Respawned Records are releasing TPR’s Final Fantasy VI piano arrangement album World Of Ruin on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP available in two variants – a “Kefka” red-in-clear with black splatter variant, and a “Terra” purple/pink with green splatter variant. They are limited to 250 copies each.
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Abi Scott and will also include an insert with the gatefold art.

It is priced at $40 and is in hand and expected to begin shipping early September. It can be preordered from Respawned Records here in two batches – first batch (sold out as of this post going live) is at 1PM EST and the second batch at 6PM EST today (August 23).

Gris piano arrangement album up for preorder via Materia Collective

Materia Collective have just announced that they are releasing a new piano arrangement album of music from the indie platformer Gris on vinyl.

The release will be a 140g 2LP on grey swirl colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with artwork by developer Nomada Studio as well as layout and product design by Rozen and Isa Alcántara. It will include a 12-page booklet with sketches and game concept art and it will be limited to 2000 copies.

It is priced at $50 and is scheduled to release in January, 2022. It can be preordered from Materia Collective here.

Children Of Morta vinyl soundtrack up for preorder via Minimum Records

Minimum Records have just opened up preorders for the vinyl release of the soundtrack to action RPG/roguelike game Children Of Morta.

The release will be a single LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with a printed inner sleeve featuring new artwork by Anouvong Southipong. The first run of this release is limited to 250 copies.

It is priced at £22 and is scheduled to ship in September, 2021. It can be preordered via Minimum Records here.

The House Of The Dead 1 & 2 vinyl are now available to preorder from Cartridge Thunder

Cartridge Thunder have just launched preorders for vinyl the soundtracks to Sega’s first-person light gun shooters The House Of The Dead 1 and 2. It will be the soundtrack to the Saturn and Dreamcast versions respectively.

The House Of The Dead 1 will be a single LP available in two variants – a red translucent marble variant, and a gold colored variant (Light In The Attic exclusive). It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Alex Pei. It will also include an insert with liner notes.

The House Of The Dead 2 will be a 2LP available in two variants – a blue translucent marble variant, and a white + orange variant (Light In The Attic Exclusive). It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Alex Pei. It will also include an insert with liner notes.

The release will also be available in spot varnished slipcase box set including both albums. An exclusive Cartridge Thunder splatter vinyl variant will be available only as a box set.

House Of The Dead 1 is priced at $28 and 2 at $39, while the box set is $83. It is scheduled to release in February, 2022.

Crawlco Block Knockers vinyl preorders now up from Ship To Shore

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. are releasing the soundtrack to lewd puzzle game Crawlco Block Knockers on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP on green colored vinyl. It will be housed in a die-cut single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Mike Luckas.

New Earthbound cover album “Boundless” can be backed on Kickstarter now

Musician Retro Game Remix is doing a new Earthbound arrangement album, which can now be backed on Kickstarter and it does include a vinyl release in one of its reward tiers.

If successful the release will be a single LP on 180g red splatter colored vinyl. It appears to be housed in a regular LP jacket with new artwork.

The campaign runs from August 10, 2021 and ends on September 9, 2021 with a goal of $5,000 AUD. If the campaign is successful the vinyl release is scheduled to begin shipping out around February, 2022.

Soundtrack to VS. Tricky mod for Friday Night Funkin up for vinyl preorder

Turtle Pals Tapes are releasing the soundtrack to the VS. Tricky mod for the rhythm game Friday Night Funkin’ on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP on orange-in-green colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with game art.

Final Fantasy VI arrangement “Esperwave” up via Channel 3 Records Now

As teased earlier this week Channel 3 Records is now live with preorders for follow-up to last year’s Manawave – the lo-fi/instrumental hiphop Final Fantasy VI arrangement Esperwave.

The release will be a single LP available in four different variants – a “Pallazo” pink translucent smoke variant (500 copies), a “Figaro Regalia” yellow and blue splatter variant (300 copies), a “Magicite” blue metallic variant (150 copies), and a classic black variant (50 copies).
It will be housed in a tip-on single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Final Fantasy series illustrator Yoshitaka Amano. It will also include a holo foil obi strip and a 11×11″ insert with liner notes.

It is priced at $30 and is scheduled to release in Q2 2022. It can be preordered from Channel 3 Records here.

A week ago Limited Run Games announced that they would be releasing the soundtrack to classic NES beat ’em up River City Ransom on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork.

The release is priced at $30 and is an open preorder from now and until September 12, 2021. It is scheduled to release 5-8 months after preorders close.
