Super Metroid Resynthesized arrangement up for vinyl order via Mana Wave Media

Mana Wave Media are releasing the Super Metroid synth arrangement album “From The Depths Of Zebes: Super Metroid Resynthesized” on vinyl.

The release will be a single LP available in two color variants – a “Ceres Space Colony” purple translucent with green splatter colored vinyl variant, and a “Zebes” orange swirl colored vinyl variant.
It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new glow-in-the-dark artwork by Luis Melo.

It is priced at $32 and is in hand and ready to ship. It can be ordered from Mana Wave Media here.

Recreated Super Metroid soundtrack now available to preorder on vinyl

WRWTFWW Records are now taking preorders for the arrangement album Super Metroid Recreated by Jammin’ Sam Miller on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP on oxblood colored vinyl. It will be housed in jacket with new artwork by Pierre Thyss.

It is priced at €32 and is scheduled to release in mid-December, 2023. It can be preordered via WRWTFWW Records’ Bandcamp here.

Video Game LoFi: Metroid vinyl release now up for preorder via Curaga Records

Curaga Records have opened up vinyl preorders for a new entry in their Video Game LoFi series of lofi arrangement albums and now it’s the Metroid series’ turn.

The release will be a single 180g LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a holo-foil single-pocket jacket with artwork by Save Point and ArtByGalen.

It is priced at $28 and is scheduled to release in mid-November, 2023. It can be preordered via Curaga Records’ Bandcamp here.

The OneUps 20th anniversary arrangement album now up for vinyl preorder

Troggo Studio are releasing The OneUps’ game music arrangement compilation “20” on vinyl in celebration of the band’s 20th anniversary. It will feature takes on music from The Legend Of Zelda, Sonic The Hedgehog, Super Mario Kart, Super Metroid, TMNT II: The Arcade Game, Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night, F-Zero and Super Mario Odyssey.

The release will be a single 180g LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with silver-foil art by Cubosh and interview excerpts by Larry Oji. It will be limited to 500 copies.

Bit Brigade is releasing their Metroid arrangement album on vinyl

Hello Sir Records have just opened a listing for a vinyl release of Bit Brigade’s Metroid rock arrangement album. It features arrangements from Metroid, Metroid II: Return Of Samus, and Super Metroid.

The release will be a single LP on “Kelly” green translucent vinyl with red splatter. It will come in a regular LP jacket with the artwork from the original digital release by Noah McCarthy.

It is priced at $20 and is scheduled to release September 19, 2018. It can be ordered from Hello Sir Records here.
