Square Enix Music are releasing a selection of music from Final Fantasy IX on vinyl for the game’s 25th anniversary.

The release will be a single LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new illustrations by Toshiyuki Itahana and will also feature liner notes by Nobuo Uematsu.

It is priced at ¥4950 and is scheduled to release around July 9, 2025. It can be preordered via the Japanese Square Enix store here (domestic shipping only).

It is quite likely to show up on the North American and European Square Enix stores later as well, although these are not live as of this post. Folks out of Japan can also preorder via CDJapan here.
