Konami have two new Castlevania soundtrack vinyl releases up for preorder

Konami have opened up preorders for two new Castlevania vinyl soundtrack sets. The first one will include the soundtracks to Castlevania, Castlevania II (Famicom Disk System Version), and Castlevania Legends, while the second release will include the soundtrack to Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night.

The Castlevania set will be a 2LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with original game art.

The Symphony Of The Nighr set will be a 2LP on black vinyl. It will be housed in a jacket with original game art.

They are priced at ¥9900 each and are both set to release around February 17, 2027. The first set with Castlevania I, II and Legends can be preordered via Konamistyle here, and the Symphony Of The Night set can be preordered here.

Preorders for the Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night 4LP box are now live

As announced earlier this year Brave Wave are releasing the soundtrack to Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night on vinyl.

The release will be a 4LP box set on 150g vinyl and will include booklet with liner notes by creator Koji Igarashi and composer Michiru Yamane, as well as a digital download for the full soundtrack.
It will be available in limited and standard variants. The limited edition comes on pink, purple, gold, and silver colored vinyl and includes an A4 poster signed by Koji Igarashi and Michiru Yamane. The standard variant comes on black vinyl and without a poster.

The limited edition is priced at $100 and the standard at $80. Both variants are planned to begin shipping in 2-4 months.

Mondo with huge Konami announcement, Quantum Break OST from iam8bit, and confirmation that the Enter The Gungeon OST will come out on vinyl

Last week it was confirmed that Mondo would release the soundtrack to Castlevania on vinyl, but today they confirmed via Mashable that they have many more Konami titles coming out. Hold on to your hats everyone because this is what they have in store for us – Castlevania, Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest, Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse, Super Castlevania IV, Castlevania: Symphony Of The Night, Contra, and – one of the most requested titles – Silent Hill!

So far it’s just been announced that the first release will be Castlevania, which will be available at the San Diego Comic-Con in July. This likely means that a release for the general public will be available online shortly after (which is what they did with their The Last Of Us release).

Following Mondo’s announcement today and Ship To Shore PhonoCo.’s earlier Konami announcement it’s safe to say that Konami are going all in on getting their soundtracks out on vinyl.

But this is not today’s only announcement. iam8bit also announced that they will be releasing Petri Alanko’s Quantum Break soundtrack on vinyl. The release will be on 180g white with colored splatter vinyl and will feature new artwork by Christina Mrozik.

The release is limited to 3000 copies and is set for a Q3 2016 release.

And we’re not quite done yet. Finally, it was announced on Twitter today that Doseone’s soundtrack to the new indie title Enter The Gungeon will also see a vinyl release. No specifics have been revealed about that one yet, though.
