There will be three different versions of the soundtrack – one on Sabrewulf purple vinyl, one on Spinal clear vinyl, and a limited edition Fulgore green vinyl version. What’s special about the Fulgore version is that it will only be for sale during the EVO weekend (July 15-17) and after that it will be sold out forever. Additionally, people who purchase the Fulgore variant are also entered in a draw to win the custom-made Fulgore puppet used for the cover art. A download code for the digital soundtrack is included as well.
The artwork on these is done by Cory Schmitz, Ben Sifel, Austin James & Seth Cuddeback, while the puppets for the artwork has been done by Chelsea Bayouth.
As a nice little touch the records end in a locked groove on side A which will play the “c-c-c-combo breaker” shout.

Today iam8bit announced that they will be releasing a Collector’s Edition to the game Necropolis and that this package will include the game’s soundtrack on vinyl.
The game’s score is composed by Jon Everist and will be pressed onto 180g grey vinyl for this release, which also features album artwork by Steve Courtney. The art also functions as a pen-and-paper dungeon crawler.
Besides the record the Collector’s Edition will also include a code for the game (Steam, PS4, or Xbox One), the full digital soundtrack, and a death certificate.
The album is set to release in Q4 2016 and can be preordered now from both iam8bit’s US store and their UK/EU store.
While preorders opened for yesterdays Hyper Light Drifter announcement, iam8bit also snuck in a brand new listing for the soundtrack to Oxenfree, which is composed by SCNTFC.
The soundtrack will come on 2LP 180g colored vinyl in a foil-printed and die-cut jacket with cover art by Austin James and sleeve art by Heather Gross. The release comes with a download code which will be sent out to people who preorders on June 3 (and immediately to people who order on that date or later).
It had already been confirmed by SCNTFC on Twitter that his soundtrack would be released on vinyl and it was speculated that iam8bit would be the ones putting it out as they had already done merch for the game. It hadn’t been officially announced until today, though.
The release is expected to ship in late September 2016 and can be preordered via iam8bit’s US store here and their UK store here.
