Life Force preorders are now open from Ship To Shore

Ship To Shore PhonoCo. have just opened up preorders for their vinyl release of the soundtrack to the shoot ’em up Life Force (also known as Salamander).

The album will feature music from the NES/Famicom version of the soundtrack on one side and music from the MSX version on the other.

The release will be a single LP. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork from Tbone & Aljax and includes an insert with liner notes by Anthony John Agnello.

It will be available in nothing less than 5 different color variants. A clear variant with orange splatter from Ship To Shore themselves, a gold and purple split with white splatter variant from Black Screen Records, a “Salamander” green smoke variant limited to 125 from Debug Records, a “Brain Golem” purple and red swirl limited to 125 from One Run Records, and finally a clear variant for retail.

The album is priced at $27/€30 and is scheduled to release in April, 2020. It can be preordered from Ship To Shore here, Black Screen Records here, and Debug Records here. The One Run Records variant will be available once they are in stock.

New Kirby’s Dream Band album “Bat Out Of HAL” up for preorder

Video game cover band Kirby’s Dream Band have just opened up vinyl preorders for their upcoming album “Bat Out Of HAL”.

The album mostly features arrangements of music from the Kirby series, but also a few tracks from other games such as Undertale and Final Fantasy V.

The release will be a single LP on “sunset” colored vinyl. It will be housed in a single-pocket jacket with new artwork by Maiko inspired by Meat Loaf’s “Bat Out Of Hell” album.

The album is priced at $20 and is scheduled to begin shipping out in May, 2020. It can be preordered from the band’s Bandcamp here.

Bit Brigade’s Ninja Gaiden rock arrangement album is now on vinyl

Video game music cover band Bit Brigade have just opened orders for their latest vinyl release – their arrangement of the Ninja Gaiden soundtrack.

The release is a single LP on purple translucent with white swirl. It comes in a regular LP jacket with the band name and game logo on it.

The album is priced at $20 and appears to be in-hand now, but it’s not clear if they’re ready to ship out yet. It can be ordered from Hello Sir Records here.

Chrono Trigger arrangement EP now available from Yetee Records

Yetee Records are teaming up with Materia Collective once again. This time to release an arrangement EP with new takes on the music of classic JRPG Chrono Trigger. This new release titled Guardia: The X-Strike Sessions will be the second in their X-series following their Star Fox EP from last year.

The EP will feature music from R23X, Lena Raine, Smooth McGroove, Joel Corelitz, Equip, Slim Girls, and bryface.

It will be a 10″ on yellow vinyl with red splatter. It comes in a 10″ jacket with lenticular artwork by Drew Wise. The release is limited to 500 copies.

The EP is priced at $30 and is scheduled to begin shipping around April 10, 2020. It can be preordered from The Yetee here.

Preorders for the Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night 4LP box are now live

As announced earlier this year Brave Wave are releasing the soundtrack to Bloodstained: Ritual Of The Night on vinyl.

The release will be a 4LP box set on 150g vinyl and will include booklet with liner notes by creator Koji Igarashi and composer Michiru Yamane, as well as a digital download for the full soundtrack.
It will be available in limited and standard variants. The limited edition comes on pink, purple, gold, and silver colored vinyl and includes an A4 poster signed by Koji Igarashi and Michiru Yamane. The standard variant comes on black vinyl and without a poster.

The limited edition is priced at $100 and the standard at $80. Both variants are planned to begin shipping in 2-4 months.

iam8bit have opened preorders for vinyl releases to both Ori soundtracks

iam8bit have announced that they will be releasing the soundtracks to both Ori And The Blind Forest and Ori And The Will Of The Wisps on vinyl.

Both albums will be 2LPs on black vinyl and come in foil embollished single-pocket jackets with wide spines. Artwork for the Blind Forest is done by Nicole Gustafsson and artwork for the Will Of The Wisps by Erin Vest.

It would appear that the soundtrack to the Blind Forest also features more tracks than its original 2017 pressing.

Both records are priced at $40 and are scheduled to begin shipping in Q3 2020.

Ship To Shore to open vinyl preorders for Kingsway

It’s been a while since Ship To Shore announced that they would be releasing the soundtrack about the Windows 95-styled fantasy RPG Kingsway on vinyl. Recently there’s been teasers on Twitter, though, and now preorders will be opening soon.

The release will be a single LP on blue colored vinyl. It comes in a regular LP jacket with game artwork.

The album is priced at $25 and is scheduled to release in mid-April, 2020. It can be preordered from Ship To Shore’s store here at 2pm EST.

The Red Dead Redemption II score can now be preordered on vinyl

Rockstar Games recently announced a vinyl release for the instrumental score to Red Dead Redemption II, which will be handled by Lakeshore Records and Invada Records. The licensed songs from the game received a vinyl release late last year as well.

The release will be a 2LP on clear vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with game art and printed inner sleeves.

It is priced at £26/€33 and is scheduled to release in early April, 2020. It can be preordered from Invada Records here and from Rockstar Warehouse here.

Respawned have opened preorders for the Glover 2LP soundtrack

Respawned Records have opened up preorders for their vinyl release of the soundtrack to 1998 3D platformer Glover on vinyl.

The release will be a 2LP on “Atlantis” blue translucent with blue splatter colored vinyl. It will be housed in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Drew Wise.

The album is priced at $40 and is scheduled to release in March, 2020. It can be preordered from Respawned Records’ store here.

Resident Evil 3: Nemesis 2LP soundtrack available to preorder from Laced

Laced Records are continuing their series of Resident Evil soundtrack releases in partnership with Capcom with the vinyl soundtrack release to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis.

The release will be a 180g 2LP available in two variants – a limited edition purple vinyl and a standard black vinyl. It comes in a gatefold jacket with new artwork by Boris Moncel.

It is priced at £33/$35 and is scheduled to release in late April, 2020. It can be preordered from Laced Records here.
